I do not have plans, who can help?
We can! We partner with exceptional architects in the West Michigan area, who will take your vision and make it a reality. As your contractor, we steer the design process and answer any questions you may have throughout the design stage. We only move onto construction, when you are completely happy with your future home.
How soon can we start?
We can begin the process right away, however it often takes time to ensure the best quality and result. We understand that this is a big decision and rushing into construction is not the best way to guarantee superlative value and a home that comes in on budget.
How long will it take?
New residential constructions often take between 6 to 8 months to complete, whereas remodels range anywhere from 3 to 6 months, depending on the scope of work.
Who are your subcontractors/Vendors?
Being in business for over ten years has allowed us to develop a strong presence in the community, within which we serve. Therefore we have amassed a variety of highly qualified and reputable subcontractors and vendors, such as Himes Electric, Macatawa Plumbing, Pella Windows, Johnson Carpet and Standale Lumber.
Can I finance my home?
Yes, absolutely! We work with all lenders.
What is your warranty policy?
We have a one year, all inclusive warranty, that protects against faulty material and improper installation.
Will you obtain all the required building permits?
Yes, part of providing the best all-in-one experience is we understand it is our duty and responsibility to manage all aspects of the build process. Therefore, we will work to obtain all required documentation, such as environmental, zoning and building permits.
