Serving West Michigan for over ten years, we work with you to design, build, and furnish your new or remodeled home. We partner with an interior design company, Canterbury Cottage, to create the most unique and personalized construction experience while maintaining the utmost quality.

Our PROCESS

To begin, we want to meet with you to obtain a full understanding of your desired vision, whether for a remodel, addition or custom home. Once we have a complete picture of the look and feel you wish to invoke when entering your home, we can begin the process of obtaining architectural designs. No matter if you do or do not already have designs, we can customize a process that works for you and your budget.

Once you feel confident your design represents you and your family’s desired wishes, we will gather the necessary estimates and compile a quote. We understand that upon reviewing an estimate, oftentimes there are questions that may arise, therefore we take the time to re-evaluate and make any necessary adjustments. It is our utmost priority that you are comfortable with the direction your home is taking and we ensure you are the one in control of your design and budget.

Upon completing a set of designs and determining an overall cost, we will create a detailed schedule for your project and share it with you, therefore keeping you in the know and us accountable. Once the design, budget and schedule have the green light, it is on to the selection process, which for many, can be a daunting and stressful time, however with our partnering company, Canterbury Cottage, you cannot go wrong. It is all about finding a balance between selecting every last wish and determining how that will affect the overall budget.
Upon completion of the project, we will complete a walk-through with you, to ensure all pre-determined design choices have been implemented to your desired specifications.
